Ebook Pro Studio helps authors bring their books to life through book formatting, cover design, manuscript editing and proofreading, and self-publishing support ("Services"). All services, deliverables, content, designs, communications, and outputs are collectively referred to as the "Service".
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Ebook Pro Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project information
- Submitting a clear manuscript along with formatting, cover, or editing requirements
- Reviewing deliverables promptly and thoroughly
- Providing feedback within the required timeframe
- Ensuring they hold the legal rights to all submitted manuscripts and materials
Failure to provide the required information or feedback in a timely manner may delay or affect project delivery.
Project Briefs & Deliverables
Clients submit their manuscript along with formatting, cover design, or editing requirements ("Project Brief"), which may be revised as needed ("Revision Request"). Deliverables — such as formatted files, designed covers, or edited manuscripts — are created based on the information provided in the Project Brief.
Ebook Pro Studio is not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete instructions provided by the Client.
Revisions
Projects may include a set number of revision cycles, depending on the service package selected.
- Initial revisions may include significant adjustments to formatting, design, or edits
- Later revision rounds must remain within the original project scope
- Requests that fall outside the original scope may incur additional charges
- Work on paid revisions will not begin until the client has approved the additional charge
Client Accounts
Clients must provide accurate and valid personal and payment information when placing an order or creating an account.
Accounts remain active as long as there is ongoing communication or an active project. Accounts with no activity or communication for an extended period may be deactivated.
Prohibited Use
By using our services, clients agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit illegal, harmful, plagiarized, or infringing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our website or services
- Upload or introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, without refund.
Intelperty
The Client retains full ownership and rights to their original manuscript and any content submitted for formatting, editing, or design.
Upon final delivery and full payment, the Client owns the final approved deliverable — including the formatted file, designed cover, or edited manuscript ("Final Product").
However:
- Draft versions, unused concepts, and interim revisions remain the property of Ebook Pro Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Ebook Pro Studio may use non-confidential work samples for portfolio display, internal training, or promotional purposes, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing
Service Availability
Ebook Pro Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Delays or interruptions may occasionally occur due to technical issues, server downtime, or other factors beyond our control.
Ebook Pro Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, without prior notice and without liability.
